Word Ventures operates much like school photographers, meaning that there is zero financial risk to participating in a Word Ventures book project. Specifically:

	Word Ventures will not ask you for any money until after you have been able to view a Review Copy of your student's book—interior and cover.
	There is no minimum book purchase requirement for final books. Each parent or adult student can independently buy as many copies of their final book as they wish, either from Word Ventures or one of our distribution partners.

In other words, the risk is all on Word Ventures to professionally design and produce your student's book as promised, which, it seems to us, is how it should be. If, after reviewing your book, you don't think we've lived up to our end, you will be able to "walk away" without anyone ever having paid us a dime.
